The aim of work - develop draft standards of treatment, diagnosis and prevention of sexually transmitted infections in vulnerable to HIV infectioning groups, in order to prevention of HIV spreading in Ukraine. Research methods - epidemiological , sociological , statistics , bacteriological, molecular biological , clinical, biochemical . In the course of the study revealed a previously unknown clinical and epidemiological features of sexually transmitted infections and HIV in Ukraine among the risk groups and the general population. Review of scientific studies on the epidemiology of sexually transmitted infections in the population leads to the conclusion that the role of female sex workers and injecting drug users is the "background", "latent reservoir" of STIs and play a significant role in the emergence and spreading of infections in the general population. It was found that the method of immunoassay (rapid tests) used to confirm a clinical diagnosis (napivsindromny approach), or to identify markers of infections in asymptomatic patients. This allows for timely adequate therapy. In a study of female sex workers, it is desirable to conduct a survey, not only for the presence of classical sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis), but also other sexually transmitted infections (chlamydia, mycoplasmosis, herpes, hepatitis B, HIV).
