We studied the microstructural characteristics of the ingots. It is established that all the as-cast alloys studied are presented in the form of solid solutions fcc. After rolling with intermediate annealing only in E 30-2 alloy there was a slight amount of precipitation ? - phase, while maintaining the matrix fcc structure. States of E 31-2 and E 32-2 alloys was a single phase with the fcc lattice. Structural studies have shown that after the final annealing at a temperature 850?C average grain size was 2.5 microns, 7 microns and to 3 microns for E 30-2, E 31-2 and E 32-2 alloys respectively. Observed in alloys submicron precipitates presumably are based complex oxides of chromium and manganese. Final annealing at 1100°C results in dissolution of oxides and growth to 10 microns or more of grain size. Mechanical testing of samples after final annealing at 850?C carry out in the temperature range from 77 K to 973 K. The maximum yield strength is observed at 77 K for E 30-2 alloy. With increasing temperature, the yield stress and tensile strength decreasing in all alloys. Maximum ductility (elongation 65%) was observed at 77 K, and is reduced to 12 ? 18% at 973 K. Study corrosion properties in liquid lead showed that the penetration of lead into alloys are largely determined by their structural state. Product Description popup.authors Єфімов О. Андрієвська Н.
