The article of research are a понятийно-категорийный vehicle of quality and methodological ground of mechanisms of increase of competitiveness of human potential in the system of providing of socio-economic effects of integration of Ukraine in ЕU. As an object of research the processes of forming of mechanisms of upgrading and competitiveness of human potential of Ukraine come forward on the basis of the complex going near the effective management of socio-demographic and educationally-qualifying potential, providing of the effective functioning of labour-market, strengthening of investing in a human capital, adjusting of migratory processes, realization of social defence of population, upgrading of labour potential, providing of competitive edges of the productive economic systems on internal and external markets on conditions of development of eurointegration. During research next methods were used: classification-analytical, analysis of the systems and synthesis, analysis of experience of the indicative adjusting of labour-market of countries, development of mechanism of realization of the effective functioning of labour-market of Ukraine; developments of mechanism of realization of competitive edges of human capital in the context of providing of effects from included in ЕС. Results: theoretical and methodological substantiation of methodical and practical recommendations of upgrading and competitiveness of human potential on the basis of complex improvement of the legislative and institutional providing of socio-economic policy in the direction of activation of process of integration of Ukraine in ЕU; the mechanism of increase of competition potential of managerial staff of the productive systems is worked out Product Description popup.authors Бабій І.
