Object of research are the piezoelectric devices managed on frequency: resonators, generators, filters and sensors on the basis of quartz resonators with direct management of frequency. Research objective is improvement of technical characteristics of piezoelectric devices with management of frequency. For achievement of the goal in work the following tasks are solved: - the technique of modeling of two-dimensional fluctuations of the quartz resonator on the basis of the matrix symbolical method taking into account dependence of mechanical and electric boundary conditions on cross coordinate is offered; - the mathematical model of the quartz resonator managed on frequency with direct management of frequency by creation of the electric field gradient of excitation in the piezoelement plane is developed; - the mathematical model of the quartz resonator managed on frequency with management of the frequency of the quartz resonator of change of the gap between the movable electrode of excitation of the resonator and the surface of the crystal element of the resonator is developed, at the same time the movable electrode is formed by the surface for to which guide serves one of hyperbole branches. Research techniques. For research of processes of generation and frequency fixing in the quartz resonators managed on frequency methods which are based on use are used: theories of calculation of electric and magnetic circuits, vibration theory, theories of differential and integral calculations, operator calculation and computer modeling during development and the analysis of mathematical models of devices. Theoretical importance of research: theoretical and methodical bases of management of the frequency of quartz resonators with direct management of resonator frequency by change of the electrode gap are developed, and the profile of the gap is chosen the special form. The practical importance of research consists in the following: engineering ratios for determination of parameters of piezoelectric devices with management of frequency at design of radio engineering devices on the basis of the quartz resonator with direct management of resonance frequency are defined, systematized and analyzed; are developed at the level of useful models of the device of radio engineering with the improved technical characteristics - the quartz resonators and sensors managed on frequency on the basis of quartz resonators.
