The Zn100MoO4 crystal from the enriched 100Mo (99.5%) was grown for the first time; its mass is 0.17 kg. Three natural (~ 0.3 kg) and two enriched (~ 0.06 kg) scintillation elements were used in low-temperature studies; their characteristics are measured. Deep purification of molybdenum and recrystallization significantly improved the radioactive contamination of ZnMoO4 crystals for 228Th and 226Ra - to a level of <0.01 mBq / kg, which corresponds to the requirements of the LUMINEU project. Production of enriched crystal scintillators Zn100MoO4 of large volume is under development. Scintillation bolometric detectors Li2MoO4 with the use of the Neganov-Luke effect to amplify the signal in the light channel were designed and tested. The obtained signal-to-noise ratio is ~ 750. This makes it possible to significantly improve the signal start search with pulse shape analysis and achieve great efficiency in suppressing superimposed signals. It is demonstrated that in the Li2MoO4 scintillation bolometers using the Neganov-Luke effect, the use of the mean time method for discrimination of superimposed events reduces the level of random coincidences to ~ 5.6e-5 counts / (keV kg year), with an excellent suppression factor of 98.3% in the interval 0 - 10 ms, which corresponds to the typical time of separation in the light channel. This makes the Li2MoO4 technology compatible with a full study of the region of the inverted neutrino mass hierarchy in the next-generation neutrinoless double beta projects of the CUPID type.
