The purpose of the study is to improve the price monitoring system of major road building materials, products and structures that are used during the new construction, reconstruction, overhaul and current repairs, as well as of works on operational maintenance of public roads within an individual region of Ukraine. The method of research is an analysis of modern prices monitoring methods followed by the development of a Methodological document and an information and analytical system for determining the minimum price. The relevance of the study is as follows: during the implementation of the investment procedure, modern methods of prices monitoring of major road building materials, products and structures should be used both, by the customers (design organizations) and by the contractors.
