On the base of the developed theory of non-equilibrium Green functions it is proposed the consistent description of interconnection of the magnetic order and spin current. It is shown, that the character of the latter is determined by features of the electron scattering on the spin-dependent potential barrier and by the time behavior of the magnetic order vector.
