In project has been developed the scientific and engineering basic for managing of both phase and structural transformation for manufacturing new type of cathodes with high level of emission properties also manufacturing during microwave heating of powder ceramic materials with predeterminated level of properties. Also has been determinate the principal difference of diffusive mass transfer in contact area for two types of contact materials: Cr2O3 and Al2O3+7%Y-TZP during heating at temperature 1973K for causes both microwaves and typical processes. At microwave heating the diffusive input of ion Cr3+ into Al2O3 is increase along of boundary of particles. This fact is correlated with quantity of volume concentration of particles boundary in Al2O3+7%Y-TZP. Has been shown what during microwave sintering it is increasing the permeability of particles boundary in Al2O3 and respectively mass transfer via particles boundary with building the YAG phase.
