It has been shown for the first time the intercoupling action of electric current and field. The structural and magnetic properties of Ni-Fe(Co)-Ga magnetic shape memory alloy thin films deposited on MgO substrate have been studied. The magnetic dynamics excited by electric current of multilayer heterostructure ferromagnetics/doped semiconductor has been studied. Scaling relations for the magnetization dynamics was obtained in the frame of this model in terms of physical parameters of the system. It has been shown that it is possible to switch the magnetization direction in the intermediate photoinductive state by ultrashort laser pulse.
