Dokuchaev Kharkiv National Agrarian University popup.description2 The possibility of induction of heat resistance of plants due to the activation of NO formation as the pathway dependent on oxidation of L-arginin, and due to reduction of nitrates is shown. The role of activation of nitrate reductase during the formation of signalling pool of NO, required for activation of antioxidant enzymes of wheat plantlets is proved. The possibility of increase in activity of nitrate reductase and formation of NO by the influence of exogenous hydrogen peroxide (stress metabolite) on plant cells is shown. The role of functional interaction of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and calcium ions in the processes of induction of resistance of plant cells to the hyperthermia by the influence of nitric oxide donor is studied. The effect of increase in heat resistance of plant cells (wheat coleoptiles) at the action of NO donor (sodium nitroprusside), dependent on the influx of calcium ions to cytosol from different compartments and ROS formation is established. Antioxidants and antagonists of calcium suppressed the formation of heat resistance of cells at the influence of NO donor. The hypothetical model of functional interaction of calcium ions, ROS and nitric oxide at the induction of development of heat resistance of plants is offered. Participation of ROS and calcium ions and effect of their functional interaction at the induction of heat resistance of plant cells by the influence of donor of hydrogen sulphide (NaHS) are established. The role of transcriptional factor MYC2/JIN1 in ABA, but not in NO-dependent regulation of stomates state in Arabidopsis plants is proved. Its participation in the realisation of influence of ABA and hydrogen peroxide on the state of antioxidative system and the solt resistance of plants is established. The increasing of positive influence of salicylic acid on the antioxidative system of wheat plants and their drought resistance by the influence of nitric oxide donor is shown. The received results are the theoretical basis for development of method of increase in drought resistance of crop cereals.
