On the most investigated stations Antarctic to the peninsula the increase of the ground temperature of air is fixed for investigated period during most months of year. Analysis of the термобаричного mode Antarctic to the peninsula testifies to the presence of certain changes that take place in a region, namely strengthening of role of cyclones of north-western trajectories(Східно-тихоокеанська and South-American branches of moving of cyclones) in a summer period of year, and weakening of them in winter. For the last thirty years almost in two times the extreme values of anomalies of atmospheric pressure grew and a proof tendency is fixed to the increase of the ground temperature of air during most months of year that can testify to violation of stability of the Antarctic peninsula. 2. The mutual spectrology of the ground temperature of air, atmospheric pressure and index of geomagnetical activity of Ap, allowed to set existence of close cross-correlation connection between periodic constituents in the sentinel rows of the investigated sizes. The educed dependence of the ground temperature of air is on the index of Ap. This dependence is observed with a change from 270,0 to 359,7 degrees(for accordions 8,8 and 5,9 month). Dependence of atmospheric pressure at the level of sea from the index of Ap appears with a change from 270,7 to 336,9 degrees(for seasonal accordions). 3. On the stations, for accordions with a period more than twelve months, connection of geomagnetical activity with the термобаричним mode of region comes true in a phase with the insignificant passing of process that characterizes the термобаричний mode of region, in relation to a process that characterizes geomagnetical activity. It testifies to the presence large scale process, that simultaneously influences on the change of the and термобаричного mode, and geomagnetical activity.
