The characteristics of the material under the creep and hydrogenation influence high temperatures and pressure have been experimentally investigated. Using the proposed method, the stress-strain state of the of the high pressure steam boiler drum made from 22K steel is determined taking into account the creep and hydrogenation of metal and real geometrical shape of the drum. Damage metal drum parameter for two operating modes is calculated. It was established that the maximum value of the metal damage reaches near the aperture on the inner wall of the drum. Also was shown, that hydrogen accelerates the accumulation of damage and reduces the lifetime of metal for a planned boiler stopping by 15 -. 40%. In the case of an emergency stop, the time of operation of metal decreases by 20- 50%.
