Their use will result in energy transfer increase from a drilling rig drive along a drill-rod string to a bit intensifying rock failure along a bottom hole and providing with high technical and economic drilling performance. Their use will allow the following: energy efficient and high quality ultra-deep well drilling; both meter rig and well construction cost saving, equipment wear and its life-growth improvement, efficiency factor increase under energy transfer to a bit for rock failure or destruction, etc. The results of the research paper are embedded in a production process for energy efficient ultra-deep oil and gas well construction. The major consumers of research results are the Ukrainian drilling enterprises, which manage to construct ultra-deep oil and gas wells and can lead to: oil and gas production volume growth and payments to the state budget, labour efficiency and wage increase, improvement of working conditions and social services in oil and gas regions; energy saving under well construction; economic development and energy security of Ukraine improvement.
