The purpose of the study is to deepen the theoretical and methodological approaches to the process of venture financing, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of the scheme of venture financing of agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological bases of the research are the scientific works and publications of foreign and domestic scientists on the development of the market of venture capital and the problems of venture financing of innovation projects; legislative base of Ukraine; data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine; reports of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and PEREP_Analytics; data of the international network of companies "PricewaterhouseCoopers". In the process of research, the following methods were used: the abstract-logical method is used in the study of the essence of the categories "venture capital", "venture financing", for constructing logical connections and in drawing conclusions; analysis and synthesis to determine the role of each component of the market of venture capital and their aggregate in the venture financing of agro-industrial enterprises; special research methods: economic and statistical for the analysis of the state and trends of the venture capital market development; graphic for the visual display of the schemes of development of the studied objects; economic and mathematical modeling in the development and calculation of the technical component of the concept of a venture capital fund; correlation analysis to analyze the degree of dependence of the investigated factors. The proposed approaches provide an opportunity to improve financial support for the development of agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine, by attracting capital from venture capital investors and the state, which, in conditions of scarce resources, will increase the efficiency of the use of available resources and provide a technical upgrade of production. The model of state support for the development of venture financing through the improvement of regulatory regulation of venture capital funds in Ukraine has been improved by adopting a single Law of Ukraine "Venture Capital and Venture Capital Financing in Ukraine". Which will allow investment activities to venture funds and private investors in legal a field close to the EU legislation.
