Sokolovski" popup.description2 The improved fundamental aspects of the introduction of innovative information technologies for providing precision agriculture in Ukraine as a result SRW (scientific research work) were developed. The perspectives of precision agriculture and mechanisms that ensure its effective functioning were considered. The causes of the emergence, the basic definitions and parameters of soil heterogeneity and its consequences for the differentiation of agrotechnologies were considered. Theoretical aspects of parameterization of spatial heterogeneity of soil cover within small areas were described. Analysis of spatial horizontal variability of soil properties which allows obtaining comprehensive information on the genesis of soils, agronomic and ecological state and prognosis possible ways of evolution of soil cover were conducted. The main drawbacks of the current agrarian demands for technologies and technical means of presowing tillage were also outlined in the report. It was carried out the comparison of optimal agrophysical parameters of the sowing layer of the soil with real parameters of the soil prepared for sowing with the purpose of reasoning of agrarian requirements to presowing precision agriculture as to the structural composition and density of the soil, taking into account the size of the seeds of agricultural crops.
