The purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of structural, luminescent and dosimetric properties of ceramic materials based on nanopowders YAlO3: Mn for dosimetry of ionizing radiation. Methods of investigation: X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy method, high-temperature solid-phase synthesis method, sol-gel method (Pecheni method), solution combustion method. In this work, series of nanocrystalline and ceramic samples of YAlO3: Mn were obtained by different methods under different synthesis conditions. The phase composition has been determined, the size and morphology of the crystallites of the powder and ceramic samples of YAlO3: Mn have been studied.
