Objective: To search and develop the optimum formulations of synthesis methods for studying the structure, physical and chemical features of the new O-, S-, N-containing heterocyclic systems and carbocyclic systems with active functional groups and a wide range of performance to address the actual problems of medicine, biology, nanotechnology and photonics. Methods: Methods for the synthesis of model organic compounds, heterocyclic compounds; NMR, IR, UV, fluorescence spectroscopy; mass spectrometry and gas chromatography; Methods of synthesis at high pressure and under an inert atmosphere; X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis.The methods for the synthesis of derivatives of isothiazole, pyrrolezine, hexahydroindolysin have been developed for the needs of medical chemistry. The results of research on the synthesis and transformation of 3-(2-pyridyl)chromones are generalized: the methods of functionalization of coumarins, neoflavones and isocombarins with N-containing heterocycles and 3-thiazolylchromones, 3-arylisocomarines, 3,4-dihydroisocumarins and indane-1-on(ol) with the natural amino acids amino acid residues; a method of synthesis of enamino-ketones of 2'-carboxamidodesoxy-benzoines and their transformation; new ATP-based probes based on 3-hydroxyflavone, new ruthenium nitrosyl complexes with terpyridine ligands; new heterosystems based on benzo[b]furan; derivatives of pyrrolo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-triazoles, 1-amino-2-oxyalkylisoindole, amidino(hetero)aromatic acids, 4-trifluoromethyl and 4-difluoromethyl-oxazole-5-carboxylic acids, isomeric 1,1-substituted pirazolylcyclopropanes.The results of research are introduced in the educational process of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.5481 Product Description popup.authors Єгорова Т.В.
