The purpose of the research work is the author's supervision over the development of circuit designs and tests of test models of relay protection devices (PWDs) in networks of 6-10 kV. The methods of work are based on the theory of digital processing of signals, image recognition and the requirements of development and design of special processor digital technology. The generalized scientific result of the work consists in the development of structural and microelectronic solutions of the prototype PPDs in high voltage transmission lines. The scientific novelty of the conducted research is to develop a structural scheme of the EPL oriented on the microelectronic implementation of the components; conceptual circuit design of the components of the PWD; design solutions of the case and elements of installation at substations of transmission lines. The obtained results will have the recommendation character of the author's supervision over the development of prototype models and the maintenance of their laboratory tests in the IMSKOE. The scientifically substantiated recommendations have a theoretical-methodical and practical nature, are based on existing domestic and foreign studies, and also meet the requirements of conducting research and development works of microelectronic implementation of means for detecting charges and short circuits in 6-10 kV networks. The degree of implementation - the author's supervision over the implementation of structural solutions of the components of PWS, focused on microelectronic execution, was carried out at the IMCK Carpathian State Center of Information Technologies and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Lviv). Efficiency - using the results of research work is that the proposed structural scheme and circuit design solutions of the RNKZ device at oblenergo enterprises can increase the reliability of industrial equipment of energy high-voltage systems.
