The subject of the study is the reorganization of electronic states, the study of the optical and therapeutic properties of ceftriaxone with copper and gold nanoparticles in films of their nanocomposites. Objective: Establishing the mechanisms of electron-conformational interaction of ceftriaxone with metallic nanoparticles and biomembrane components for films of ceftriaxone nanocomposites with copper, gold and cell biomembrane components using new high-sensitivity optical methods. Methods of investigation: infrared spectroscopy, optical absorption, photoluminescent microspectroscopy, surface-enhanced combined scattering of light with submicron resolution, theoretical calculations using the theory of MI and semiempirical methods. The influence of ceftriaxone interaction with copper and gold nanoparticles of different sizes on their optical spectra is investigated. On the basis of the theory of scattering, the MieLab program calculates and compares absorption spectra of pure nanoparticles and nanoparticles coated with a monomolecular layer of ceftriaxone. The change in the absorption efficiency of Qabs in the region of plasmon resonance and the dependence of this change on the radius of nanoparticles is studied. The possibility of formation of complexes of nanoparticles of metals, a component of biomembrane and a ceftiraksone antibiotic in nanocomposite films is shown.
