A tensor of the damage parameters for different CM’s and its invariants are shown. The methodology and the corresponding experimental data of CM’s physico-mechanical characteristics for static and low cyclic loading conditions was obtained. Parameters of the developed model was calculated. The dependence of the damage parameters on the anisotropy CM is obtained. It makes it possible to simplify the determining procedure for the components of the anisotropic damage tensor of the material The method of the stress-strain state evaluation and the destruction of structures elements for the dynamic technological loading conditions has been developed. A methodology and numerical simulation of the design of a power platform model of space probe under the influence of static and random vibrations was developed. A reasonably effective method for predicting the resource of structural elements made of carbon composites for stochastic operating loading conditions was presented.
