The improved method of relaxation equations, in which balance energy equations instead by temperature equations, is proposed. The impulse relaxation time and energy relaxation time of electrons are expected for the different scattering mechanisms. The new analytical correlations are first got for the calculation of intervalley relaxation time at different arbitrary values of intervalley distance comparatively with energy of intervalley phonons. Such analysis is necessary for the ternary alloys in which position of valleys substantially depends on stoichiometrical composition. The acoustic and optical phonons scattering are considered for alloys with the wide phonon restricted area as the separate types of intervalley scattering . The relaxation time for disorder scattering are taken into account in the model . The model including the relaxation equations may be used for the design of submicrometer heterostructures with quantum systems. The methods of the design of heterostructures are developed taking into account quantum effects and specific for the ternary alloys scattering mechanisms.
