Purpose of the research is an improvement of the methodical tools of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises of the crop and animal sectors, and conducting the marketing research of the market conditions of crop and animal production. The methods of the research: the theoretical and methodological basis of research are the fundamental position of marketing, strategic marketing, marketing research and scientific developments, the publications of domestic and foreign scientist-economist, on problems of the theory and practice of marketing activity of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine in conditions of development of market relations. During of the research were user the following methods: the system method, economic-statistical, comparative, abstract-logical, the dialectical method of cognition and also were used tabular and graphical methods of displaying information, etc. The value of the results is to justification the conceptual and methodological principles of marketing activity of enterprises in the conditions of modern markets. The marketing researches of the market conditions of crop production were done (grain, oil, potatoes, vegetables), the research of the market conjunction of animal products was conducted. Diagnostics of the market of bread products and analysis of assortment policy of bakery enterprises was conducted. The assessment of the marketing activities of the bakery enterprises - main market players was done. The methodical approaches to the analysis of marketing activity, which were developed by the authors, will help increase the efficiency of marketing activities of agricultural and processing enterprises.
