It was established that obtained samples had permeable open-porous structure (open porosity ~ 90 % of total) with pore size of 500-1000 ?m and a compressive strength of 0.3-0.4 MPa. According to the experiments in vitro and adsorption activity using Ceftriaxon antibiotic as model it was shown the promising of the obtained highly-porous bioceramics for complex treatment of bone tissue defects in orthopedics, traumatology and dentistry.
