The main text of the work is presented in 50 pages of typewritten text, containing 18 tables and 11 figures. The object of the research is the process, conditions and economic impact from the opening of the industrial park in the city of Dnipro. The subject of the research is the concept of the industrial park of the city of Dnipro as an instrument for increasing investment attractiveness and prosperity in the region. The purpose of the study is to form an exhaustive list of principles and criteria for the establishment and administrative-economic activity of the industrial park Dnipro-Forpost. The structure of the GDR is constructed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Industrial Parks" of June 21, 2012, No. 5018-VI, which specifies the list of elements of the concept of an industrial park, which is submitted for consideration and approval in the MERC. Accordingly, in the first section the name of the industrial park is given in Ukrainian and English. The second section contains information about the founder of the park - KP "Development Agency of the Dnipro". The third section outlines the purpose, tasks and priority directions of conducting business in the industrial park. The fourth section indicates the territorial location of the park with the corresponding map data. The fifth section contains information on the term for which the industrial park Dnipro-Forpost is created in accordance with the law. The seventh section provides an estimate of the estimated volumes of consumption of participants in the water and energy park. The eighth section contains a development plan for the park in time and spatial dimensions. The ninth chapter outlines the amount of resources needed to start the work of the industrial park and the source of their involvement. The 10th section outlines the organizational structure of the management of the industrial park "Dnipro-Forpost". The eleventh section presents the results of calculating the potential impact of the launch of the Dnipro-Forpost industrial park on the revitalization of the city's economy and the national economy as a whole. The use of GTAP's economic and mathematical modeling has made it possible to determine the forecast indicators of GDP growth, industrial production by industry, employment, tax revenues, etc. as a result of the launch of the industrial park under certain conditions. In the twelfth section, the characteristics of such infrastructure objects that will be built in the park as an exhibition center and innovative business incubator are described. The practical value of the study is that the results obtained can be used for the state registration of the industrial park Dnipro-Forpost in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
