The aim of the study is to improve the normative and methodological support for the extension of the lifetime of the 1st, 2nd power units of the Yu AES thermal mechanical equipment. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: the method of calculating the stress-strain state of pipelines HCT-GZZ-KO-Hot Hot Loop; the method of calculating the support for the destruction of NPP pipelines has been improved; the calculation of the given stresses of the pipelines of the reactor unit of the NPP taking into account the seismic action; a computational and experimental evaluation of the strength of the pipelines was performed. The theoretical and practical result is a comprehensive study of the technical condition of the pipelines, analysis and evaluation of the strength of the pipelines. Scientific novelty consists in the development of a set of scientific and methodological provisions for the management of the technical condition of pipeline systems of nuclear power plants.
