Based on the obtained results, the elements of the diagrams of the state of the specified systems are constructed. It is established that in systems La2O3-Er2O3 (Yb2O3) three types of solid solutions are formed: on the basis of hexagonal modification of A-La2O3, cubic modification of C-Ln2O3, and the ordered phase LaLnO3 (R) crystallizing in a perovskite-type structure with rhomboid curvature. The corresponding isothermal sections of state diagrams of triple systems are constructed. It was established that in the La2O3-Y2O3-Er2O3 (Yb2O3) systems, solid solutions based on cubic (C), hexagonal (A) and monoclinic (B) crystalline modifications of the initial components and ordered phases LaYO3, LaErO3, LaYbO3 are formed.
