Accordingly, the aim of the work is elaboration the available methods for the synthesis of calixarenephosphonic acids containing anchor alkyl sulfide substituents on the lower rim of the macrocycle, and the obtaining on their basis the sensitive elements of conductometric devices - sensors for arginine. Methods have been developed for the synthesis of cone-shaped calix[4]arenes containing fragments of methylphosphonic acid or methylenebisphosphonic acid on the upper rim of the macrocycle, capable of forming supramolecular complexes with amino acids. Simultaneously, on the lower rim of the macrocycle, these calixarene-methylphosphonic and -methylenebisphosphonic acids contain anchor alkyl sulfide substituents capable to chemical binding with microchips of conductometric sensors whose surface is covered with gold. Complexation with amino acids of different nature was investigated by HPLC and molecular modeling methods and the stability constants of inclusion complexes with amino acids were determined.
