Management systems of "green" economy development processes at the regional level are studied in order to increase economic efficiency of Ukraine. The elements of strengthening the management system of "green" economy development processes are determined and grounded on the basis of development of methodological approaches to the formation of sustainable settlements to strengthen the synergetic potential of the scientific-production-educational complex of the region. Scientific basis for increasing economic efficiency of management system for "green" economy development and the implementation of intersectoral relationships based on the improved mechanisms of economy informatization have been formed. Approaches to ensuring ecological and economic convergence of territories in modern transformation processes of the economy based on the EU experience are developed. Recommendations for necessary institutional changes and changes in the sphere of state financing for the interest of private sector representatives in implementation sustainable development goals in the country, based on minimum wage level increase on business agents’ activities as a component of their socio-economic potential in transition to sustainable development are formed. Transformation regulators of socio-economic potential have been improved in order to ensure sustainable development within the framework of forecasting the adequacy process of environmental modernization in the national economy system. The formation of energy efficiency system and energy incentives for green economy creation that can ensure functioning; reproduction and improvement of "green" economy at the regional level are grounded. The study creates preconditions for developing recommendations for the necessary changes in order to bring private sector representatives to participate in the implementation of sustainable development goals in the country.
