The purpose of the work is a systematic analysis of legal and economic problems regarding the definition, allocation, appraisal and realization of property rights to intellectual property objects and the development of proposals for improving the national legislation on the regulation of civil law contracts in the field of intellectual property taking into account foreign experience. As a result of the study, the conceptual approaches to be taken into account in the development of new legislation in the aspect of contractual support for the distribution and realization of intellectual property rights in the light of the experience of foreign countries and taking into account national interests are formulated. On the basis of the results of the performed researches, proposals and recommendations for the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation, which have found their implementation in the draft law and teaching activities, are the basis for further research on the problems of the binding law in the field of intellectual property.
