The samples of a tandem fluorescent dye, the analogue of PC5 (R-PE-Cy5), with an absorption band in the region of 560-650 nm and a radiation of light in the region 665-680 nm, which, by spectral characteristics, is overlapped with the fluorescence band of R-phycoerythrin (R -PE).The conjugates of the developed dyes with immunoglobulin G were synthesized and the efficiency of the fluorescence band shift in the region 650-700 nm was clarified.
