The antireflective coatings were deposited onto both single- and multi-component cells. The special small sample holders were constructed for plasma treatments. It has been shown, that the additional treatment in Ar plasma before hydrogen plasma treatment and deposition of diamond-like carbon films working as an antireflective coating improves efficiency of photoelectrical converter by 1.6 times.
