All types of tectonic disturbances are distinguished and their possible influence on increasing the seismicity of the studied territories. The complex of quantitative indicators and qualitative characteristics are confirmed by neotectonic activation of discontinuous violations, which allow to state the manifestation of shifts along the fracture. The assumption is made about certain periodicity of neotectonic activations and discreteness of sites of neotectonic activation in space.
