Ischemic injury was modeled by 10-minute oxygen-glucose deprivation. Two hours after modeling of ischemic damage GFP-positive stem cells - MMSC-AT and MSC-NC, - were applied on cultivated slices. The integration and differentiation of GFP-positive cells in recipient tissue in different periods after their application was investigated by means of immunohistochemical method using laser scanning confocal microscope. It has been shown that GFP-positive cells kept their vitality after transplantation on organotypic slices, embedded in the hypocampal neuropil, and MMSC-AT differentiated into NeuN-positive cells.
