In the nuclear membrane of cardiomyocytes ion channels with different biophysical properties were registered. Among them were identified: 1) Large conductance cationic channels (LCC channels) with conductance 210 ± 12 pS, which are voltage-dependent, permeable for K+, Na+ ions but impermeable for Ca2+ and Cl-. The channels were effectively inhibited by tubocurarine, as well as atracurium and dityline; 2) cation channel with a conductivity of 169 ± 6 pS, similar in kinetic parameters to LCC channels; 3) Chlorine channels with a conductance of 319 ± 10 pS; 4) Ion channel with a conductance of 429 ± 14 pS;
