The analysis of the dechanneling process was carried out on the basis of analytical calculation and numerical simulation of fast charged particle bunches penetration through crystal with the account of incoherent effects in particle scattering, associated with thermal spread of the atoms positions in the lattice as well as with the scattering on electrons. It is shown that in the case of planar channeling in a bent crystal the dependence of the maximum deflection angle on the crystal bending radius has a maximum. For the case of a straight crystal the dependences of channeled particles quantity on the depth of their penetration inside the crystal are obtained for different values of particle energies and their angles of incidence upon the crystal. It is shown that with the increase of the energy of the electrons impinging upon the diamond crystal along <100> axis from 200 MeV to 10 GeV their dechanneling length grows from several microns to several tens of microns. The role of rechanneling process for the present problem is demonstrated. For the electron energy of 200 MeV it is shown that on depths of the order of several microns about several percent of particles from the bunch, which falls on the crystal at critical channeling angle to <100> axis and does not initially contain channeled particles, transit to the channeling mode. With the increase of the particle energy this process develops on much larger depths.
