Interaction in the Ti-N-O system at the atomic level with the formation of titanium oxinitride results in a significant increase in the durability of the materials studied. The regularities of the wear of fragile bodies (diamond in conditions of grinding with diamond particles) under conditions of elastic-adhesive contact are studied.
