The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of athletes of national teams of Ukraine from winter sports and to bring them in an optimal condition to international sports competitions by implementing sound medical and biological support of the training process on the basis of elaboration and substantiation of a complex of electroneuromyographic criteria for assessing the nature of changes in the functional state of the neuro-m Qualified system of qualified athletes for further correction of their training process and prevention of over-stresses. Tasks of work. The achievement of this goal will be achieved by solving the main tasks: 1. To monitor the functional state of athletes of national teams of Ukraine in winter sports. 2. To carry out comprehensive medical and biological control of the efficiency of the process of preparation of athletes and their correction to achieve the highest training effect and prevent the over-strain of functional systems of the body of athletes. 3. To evaluate the changes of electroneuromyographic parameters of the functional state of the neuromuscular system under the influence of intense physical activity in highly skilled athletes, taking into account gender differences. 4. To provide medical and biological support of national teams of Ukraine on winter sports in the annual macro cycles of sports training. The object is a system of medical and biological support for training the strongest athletes in Ukraine. Subject - medical and biological control of training of athletes of national teams of Ukraine. Contingent of research: representatives of winter sports - members of national teams of Ukraine, representatives of winter sports: biathlon, ski races, freestyle. Methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and scientific-methodical literature; methods for evaluating the functional state of the system of external respiration; methods of evaluation of general physical activity and reactions of the cardiorespiratory system of an organism to physical activity of different nature of energy supply; methods of studying the functional state of the cardiovascular system and assessing the variability of the cardiac rhythm; methods for evaluating the functional state of the neuromuscular system; methods for determining the properties of neurodynamic and sensorimotor functions in athletes; mathematical and statistical methods of studying the results of research. Diagnostic equipment: body composition analyzer TANITA BC-418MA (EUROPE GmbH., Germany); digital 12-channel interpretive vector-cardiograph DX-NT Rhythm (Ukraine); digital 12-channel cardio-imaging cardiographs CARDIO-TEST and DX-NT (Ukraine); Stationary and mobile gas analyzers with software Oxicon Pro, Tredmil LE-200 C (Jeager, Germany); portable biochemical analyzer LP-400 DR-LANGE (Dr. Bruno Lange GmbH Medical Division, Germany); automatic hematological analyzer STI MicroCC-20 Plus; OPTI Lion automatic electrolyte analyzer; diagnostic complex "Diagnostic-1" and software for studying the properties of neurodynamic functions (Ukraine); VikingSelect Neuro Diagnostic System (VIASYS Healthcare, USA-Germany). During the research work, the question of using the medical-biological complex of criteria for athletes of high qualification for the objective assessment of their functional status and state of health and outlining the ways of correction according to the process of preparation and individual capabilities of athletes was solved. The system of medical and biological support for the training of sportsmen of Ukraine at this stage of the annual macro cycle allowed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training of athletes, provide trainers and doctors with operational information, on the basis of which were made appropriate adjustments to the training process. The results of the research enabled us to create the prerequisites for maximizing the mobilization and realization of the potential capabilities of the most powerful athletes in Ukraine at the final stage of training in the dynamics of the annual macro cycles.
