The result of the implementation of the concept is to enhance the validity of business process modeling, which will identify and describe key business processes that require integration in the supply chain, control deviations in the implementation of the project and assess the effectiveness of business process management at the wholesale trade enterprise; The theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and methodological approaches to the development of wholesale trade in Ukraine are presented. The scientific approach to the evolution of business processes in the wholesale trade of Ukraine is determined and the management of business processes is constantly undergoing qualitative changes, the functioning of which depends directly on the state and development of logistics infrastructure. On the basis of the above developed the methodological principles of management of flow processes in the chain of supply of goods in conjunction with the business processes of the wholesale trade enterprise. The scenario of wholesale trade in Ukraine is proposed. The methodological approach to the decomposition of business processes using the BPwin software product at wholesale enterprises, developed and analyzed for the typical decomposition of business processes IDEF0, was improved. The results of the research work have been introduced into the educational process in the presentation of professional disciplines in the specialty "Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchanges".
