A study was conducted on the theoretical and methodological and organizational principles of auditing the protection of interests of subjects of socio-economic relations. The object of research is the process of integration of state and independent, internal and external audits in the conditions of transformation of the national economy. The result of the GDR is the proposal to improve the methodology and organization of audit support, the effective implementation of which will ensure the protection of interests of subjects of socio-economic relations. The testing and implementation of the results of the study is supposed to be carried out at the enterprises of different types of economic activity and various organizational and legal forms, and in the audit companies. Research work belongs to the category of fundamental researches of institutions of higher education and corresponds to the Law of Ukraine "On priority directions of science and technology development".
