The experimental techniques for measuring radiation resistance, scintillation light yield, luminescence, and optical transmission of samples before and after irradiation have been worked out. Polydimethylsiloxane was used ss the binding base. The developed composite scintillators based on inorganic grains (Al2O3:Ti, GSO:Ce, GPS:Ce, YSO:Ce, YAG:Ce) are radiation-resistant up to doses of more than 100 Mrad, which corresponds to the task of the project. An optical transmittance of the composite scintillators decreases less than twice as the accumulated dose D increases, while the transmittance can significantly decreases with increasing D in the absorption band.
