CeO2-х hydrosols stabilized with citrate ions were synthesized by the complexing method and characterized by ultra-small particle size, high stability in water and biological liquids in wide pH range (рН 5 - 10). Solid phase of the synthesized Gd0.7Y0.2Eu0.1VO4, Gd0.9Eu0.1VO4 and La0.9Eu0.1VO4, and CeO2-x, hydrosols is nanocrystals with various geometrical parameters, complex physic-chemical method were used for their characterization.
