The stone constructive elements that belonged to the previous building were discovered, the features of the foundations of the house, the partition wall and the sewer piston of the Austrian times were traced, artifacts and the cultural horizon of the XIII-XIV centuries were identified. The vaults and foundations of the building of the Gothic Lviv of the fifteenth century were opened. The collection of finds was 200 artifacts. Conclusions and recommendations for the needs of developing a project for its restoration are given.
