The aim of the study is to obtain scientifically grounded conclusions on the improvement of administrative and legal support for the use of coercive measures in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The object of the study are the public relations that arise when the employees of the National Police of Ukraine use coercive measures. The subject of the study is the administrative law of enforcement of coercive measures in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The results of the research work are proposals for improving the administrative and legal support for the use of coercive measures in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. Also, the practical results obtained are of considerable scientific, theoretical and practical interest.
