The purpose of the study is to monitor new equipment and technologies used during repair and construction and operation maintenance works of roads and bridges, to develop appropriate resource element estimate norms (hereinafter - REKN), and to review the existing collections of REKN. The method of the research is the collection of numerous inquiries and suggestions from road organizations, the processing of scientific and technical literature, regulations on the normalization of labor, conduction of timekeeping observations in production conditions and the implementation of calculations.
