An analysis of the territorial planning of the Reserve has been performed taking into account the engineering-geological conditions. On the basis of full-scale observations directly on the objects of engineering protection (supporting and drainage structures) and calculations of the stability of slope areas in the zone of active deformations of the rock mass, the role of tunnel drainage in the process of displacement of ground masses on slopes is established. Recommendations have been developed to improve the systems of engineering protection of cultural heritage sites on the territory of the reserve and its buffer zone, to strengthen the foundations and foundations of structures, preventive measures for gardening and improvement of this territory. The received results, conclusions and recommendations can be used at operation of objects of a cultural heritage at the territory of reserve "Kiev-Pechersk Lavra".
