On the basis of a new polarization-correlation approach to the analysis of phase anisotropy of biological crystal networks, original azimuthally independent methods for estimating networks of characteristic values (singularity) and topological K-contours of KSVA cards and Muller-matrix images of human tissues were developed. These methods are supplemented and generalized using spatial-frequency filtering and wavelet analysis of Muller-matrix invariants and distributions of their characteristic values. The criteria of polarization-correlation and singular differentiation of changes in the phase anisotropy of human tissues and fluids are formulated and the diagnostic efficiency of detection of early forms of cancer, differentiation of the foot of gravity of the inflammatory processes of human organs is determined.
