The new form of the container for growth has been applied and the interconnected basic technological parameters have been defined. Optimized technology for processing the samples' optical surface was proposed. Experiments of Cd(Zn)Te:Ge crystals growth under controlled pressure of cadmium and the electrical characteristics of grown high-resistive, photosensitive crystals were carried out. The compensation effect, as characteristic of thermo-stability of such crystals, was caused by the formation of complexes, which included impurity atoms and native defects, the relationship between which was mainly covalent. Changes in the structural and electro-physical properties of Cd(Zn)Te:Ge crystals before and after -irradiation with -quantum energies of 1.2 MeV, 50 MeV by doses from 6*104 to 109 R were studied. Changes in electro-physical properties were detected directly after irradiation at doses greater than 106 R. These changes were unstable and during 30-40 days the parameters relaxed until the weekend.
