Were invented the methods of obtaining self-stabilized aqueous polymer dispersions based on new block copolymers and were investigated their colloid-chemical properties and morphology of particles of the disperse phase. Was studied their ability to solubilize and/or absorb organic water-insoluble substances and polymers of biological origin and the interconnection of the structure of new copolymers and their properties was established. Biochemical studies were conducted to study the cytotoxicity of the resulting block polymers, their physiological activity and the ability to transport solubilised compounds and sorbed proteins into cells. The in vivo research evaluates the ability of synthesized block copolyester to biodegradation and the effects of degradation products on a living organism.
