Nanoheterostructures of different level of hierarchisity were formed. Both the main regularities of changes in physical properties of host matrixes at the every stage of route and physical properties of nanohybridised structures of different composition with periodically modulated barrier potentials were determined. The peculiarities of physical properties of hierarchical clathrates and their response to external physical fields were investiaged. Such phenomena as quantum capacity guided by light or magnetic field, magneto electret state, giant photo- and magneto- capacitive effects were discovered in obtained structures. The regularities and parameters of electric energy accumulation and storage in nanohybridised structures with periodicaly modulated and hierarchical potentials at quantum level were determined. The mechanism of thermogalvanic generation and accumulation of electric energy in nanohybridised structures of different composition was estimated. The theoretical explanation of discovered phenomena was presented. The conditions of quantum and geometric capacity associativity were determined.
