At the plantar fasciitis there is an increase in thickness of a plantar aponeurosis (in average 6,7 ± 0,2 mm; р < 0,001); the positive effect of treatment is followed by reliable normalization of thickness of a plantar aponeurosis (р < 0,01). Thickness of a planta plate of the capsule of a metetasophalangeal joint in metatarsalgia isn't reliable sign. The ultrasonic picture at a plantar fasciitis are characterized by a thickening, decrease in echogenicity and loci of a vascular formation of a plantar aponeurosis in the place of entesis to a calcaneal bone, increase thickness. Use of ultrasonic navigation at injection with anesthetic to the area of a plantar aponeurosis allows to reach reliable (р < 0,05) long-term analgetic effect.
